Quick access to care for common acute concerns: infections, minor injuries, skin conditions, sick notes, and prescription renewals. Virtual or in person depending on symptoms.
Assessment included
Ear Flushing
Syringing of ears to remove foreign bodies or ear wax. An assessment is completed first to ensure there is no perforated eardrum or other contraindication.
Plus HST
Form Completion
Medical forms with a detailed review of your history and medications, a physical exam if needed, and submission on your behalf. Includes disability tax credit (T2201) forms.

MTO Medical Form

$80 consult, applied to your infusion
Iron Infusion
Every iron infusion starts with an $80 consultation, including an assessment and bloodwork, to confirm it is clinically appropriate for you. The consultation fee goes toward your infusion cost and is non-refundable. Infusion prices depend on the type of iron and the number of treatments.
Nurse Practitioners are currently unable to bill OHIP, so ACE operates on a fee-for-service basis. We do not bill insurance companies directly, and all services must be paid for at the time they are rendered.
